Last year after much thought me and my partner decided to have our old wooden staircase renovated to a modern glass staircase to fit in with the rest of the house. We contacted Steve from whites staircases who then offered to pop round to have a look and give us a quote. From start to finish me and my partner could not have been happier with their service. They gave us all of the information that we needed to decide on the right staircase for our house. We then got a very a reasonable quote And when we had decided on exactly what we were going for, they were efficient in getting it built and ready for us as soon as possible. Thank you so much Steve and Paul we are extremely happy with our staircase and cannot recommend you enough!

Shocking customer service. Informed I would receive a quote within 4 days. Nearly 3 weeks later and still nothing despite several phone calls to chase. Final attempt to chase today only to be rudely acknowledged by an individual who sounded like he couldn’t be bothered! Avoid if I were you!
