Kiddi Day Kare

What can I say? My son has been at KDK for nearly 7yrs. Before applying for a place, Su organised a tour of the nursery. He used to be collected and dropped off at home before I drove. When I moved house, we were slightly out of the catchment area for collections but Su made it possible for my son to stay at KDK. Once my son started primary school, KDK didn't pick up from his school but again, Su did what was possible to keep my son at KDK. Su has always helped where needed, such as last minute change to childcare. If any issues have occured, I have spoken to Su, who has been able to rectify any issues. There was a slightly issue with communication but once I had raised this to Su, it was promptly sorted out.The ladies who work there are fantastic and are always happy to help in whatever way possible. Any accidents that occur, I have always been asked to sign the accident book - and received a phonecall if needed.My son has his tea, which is always nutritious, which is important to me as that's where he has most evening meals. If he doesn't like what's for tea - and has been discussed with Su - the ladies will offer him a snack instead so he isn't too hungry before we get home.The activities the children partake in during the school holidays are fantastic, which means I know my son isn't missing out on having fun despite being at kids club whilst I work.Security is strict, passwords aren't used at KDK. Photo ID and permission from the parent is required for someone new to collect my child. At times my Dad hasn't been recognised, Su has called me to check and asked for a photo - though it can be a bit frustrating, I would much rather know my son is safe than a stranger leave with my son.At the start of the school year, the club always have something new such as new toys or the outside redo if needed.Reasons I chose KDK:+ Collections/Drop offs+ Range of activities during nursery such as: swimming, Footy Tots, Jo Jingles (as well as preparing my son for school)+ Healthy meals+ Flexibility due to Su & the ladies at the club+ The activities of Holiday Club such as going for days out to play centres, cinemas, the park amongst many other things+ My son comes home happy and raving about his time at kids club

My daughter loves this nursery. They have been amazing with her from the very first day that she attended. The staff and management have been amazing not only with her but with myself and my partner aswell. I am happy to go to work with the knowledge that my daughter is in a happy and safe environment. My daughters face when I collect her and she tells me about all the wonderful activities that she has been able to participate in whether that be painting, messy play, outdoor play or going on a trip I know each day that she has had an awesome time and she can't wait to go back the next day. The staff are outstanding, always putting the best interests of the children first. The care and support provided to both children attending and their families is brilliant, the manager also cannot do enough to help. Would recommend KDK to anyone looking for somewhere to watch your child learn and grow surrounded by other happy children. Thank you Kiddi Day Kare!

All my 3 children have attended this nursery from being 6 month old. Always been pleased with the care they’ve given my children and never had any issues.My older children attend their after school club now and they really enjoy going ! The staff are always smiling and always found the owner to be very helpful :)

This nursery is fabulous! From the management to the staff,they provide exceptional care for all of the children in their care and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. They always keep you updated on your child's learning progress. They take the children on trips regularly. My niece has attended for the past 7 years and always thoroughly enjoyed attending here. Her confidence has grown so much and this is because of Kiddi Day Kare!!! Thank you ❤

My granddaughter has been at this nursery since a baby it has bought her on leaps and bounds and made her do really well when it was time to go to school the staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. They treat the children as if they were their own and always have a lovely attitude and you can see how much the children mean to them. They always go on day trips which they thoroughly enjoy the education they learn is above all expectation my granddaughter looks forward to going AND doesn't want to come home alot of the time. The management are lovely, always there to help very friendly and approachable if you have any concerns this nursery is run at a 5 star and very recommended if you feel unsure about leaving your child you have no need at this nursery I carnt recommend enough. Thanks to all the staff and management for every thing you do.

My granddaughter went to 3 nurseries because of lockdowns. Kiddi Kare was the one she loved most and was always happy there. I liked the time they had outside playing. The staff were genuinely interested in the children. Pity she only had a few months there before starting school. Recommend.

I have taken my daughter out of the Hattersley nursery due to them forgetting" to collect her from school multiple times. She is 3 years old and worries at who is collecting her. They dont issue contracts they don't follow simple rules. Staff and management fob you off with any concerns you have. This settlement should be closed down. They change their invoice amounts and charge different rates for different people. Hence the outstanding invoice we still have. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for childcare. This place needs shutting down!"

My daughter has attended kiddi day kare for the last 7 years and will continue until she reaches high school and I must say we are delighted with the high standard or care, support and love she has received over the years. My daughter is excited to go to nursery every day and I am happy in the knowledge that she is in a happy and safe environment. Since attending kiddi day kare she has grown massively in her confidence and with her social skills aswell as receiving the skills that she needed for a happy transition into school life. All the staff have been amazing with her and always give me a run down on all the fun things she has been doing on that specific day. I chose kiddi day kare as I was delighted by the extremely high standard of safeguarding that they had and I was able to go to work happy in the knowledge that my most valuable possession was being left in the safest possible place. From myself and my daughter we would highly recommend kiddi day kare

I cannot fault KDK. My son has been attending since he was 9 months old and now attends the before school club, my daughter attends full time. I have never had an issue or a complaint, my children love to go. Su always goes above and beyond to help, she is flexible and willing to help, if I have ever needed the odd extra day. They provide footy totz, jo jingles/jo beans, rugby tots and take a group twice a week to swimming. Phonics is introduced to children in the pre-school room which has helped my son loads when he started school. Both of my children are excited to go to this nursery, I cannot recommend it enough.
