Wanted to order oolong milk tea but they did not have the cha. So instead ordered a milk green tea. Cannot taste the lailuk, can only taste the laijing.

The staff were very nice and gave me a skinny plastic straw to use as I ordered a drink without popping pearls. Incidentally the multi-fruit tea is really good and you can adjust the sugar level, the no sugar fruit tea is perfect for me as a dieter!

Not quite sure why the overall rating for HiTea is under 4 stars, I personally don't think it deserves that low a rating.This will be our third boba tea shop to visit, the only one to incorporate fresh fruit and the coldest ice tea yet. This was personally my favourite, the peach popping balls are lush and both passionfruit & grapefruit teas are very refreshing. 10/10 experience for me. So much so I went back for a second after my run around town.

I love this hi tea it’s like the best in my opinion I love the caramel milk tea with the pearls it’s amazing highly recommend and ye I recommend this place

best milk tea in all of Southampton I must say! this is my fave place in town for boba I have tried every place and this is by far the best I recommend the caramel milk tea! staff are always lovely and inform us on promotions !

I ordered matcha milk tea with aloe Vera and I told them I wanted with less sugar but the tea was too sweet. They already made all their tea in plastic jars without any lid or cover!!! When I ordered they only mixed the tea in the jar and pour in to the glass. I had a better tea before and I didn’t like the tea taste at all.

Got myself a Dirty Tea… tasted great. I did order it “Hot” but it was served as an “Iced Tea”. Definitely a language barrier, likely on my part being Irish, we can be hard to understand. Perhaps having a touch screen order system (a bit like McDonalds) might help with ensuring orders are accurate. Staff seemed nice though and very pleasant, prices are a bit high for large sizes though, but was happy to pay as was visiting on a family holiday to the area.
