I found the 2 members of staff that served me were brilliant. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable and put no pressure on me to rush me at any point in the process. The optition herself allowed me to blink and adjust before further tests were done and the sales lady was helpful at checking on me and supporting my purchase. When it came to making the purchase she explained clearly how the deal and offer would be applied. Great service, would highly recommend and even make this branch my main one.

I needed to get my eyes checked after coming over from Australia very helpful. Felt very comfortable and at easy. When I feel comfortable with a company I ten to stay with them. So I will now be there regular client. Would highly recommend. Professional and friendly and made you feel at ease.

I completely agree with the other reviews about this Vision Express outlet. Shockingly bad customer service particularly from one staff member who either hates her job, she hates people or both. But no matter what the problem is it shouldn't be inflicted upon their customers who just want basic attention. I've had the same terrible experience on three occasions before deciding to walk away and visit Boots just opposite the store. The difference in service is like night & day!

On my scheduled appointment day, I arrived on time for my 9:55 AM slot. Upon arrival, nobody attended to me, nor was there any guidance provided. After waiting for 25 minutes, with no assistance or updates, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling quite frustrated and disappointed with the service.Moreover, I interacted with two of your team members, Karsan and Zara. Their demeanor was far from welcoming or understanding. Their attitude came across as indifferent and, to an extent, rude.NOT RECOMMENDED
