This is my second time visiting Mildenhall Auto Centre. The car in question that the girls (and boys) of Mildenhall A/C have been taking care of, is my beloved Big Bertha. A 7.3 Powerstroke Excursion. When all other garages said it can't be done, and even so called American Specialist" Garages in Essex said "We don't touch big Diesel engines" Rick and his utterly gorgeous daughter Jenna

Did my MOT here, needed a weld as had rust chewing through my wheel arch, cost a fair bit. Used black paint on a white car, didn’t really mind that so just left it. Turns out they didn’t even seal off the welded metal at all, now 9 months later the rust has spread so thoroughly from the inside out it’s not repairable DIY and will need another welding job.

Rick and his Team are amazing!Hands down true American Customer Service.I had to travel down from Newcastle, nearly 5 hours away but he made sure my car could be seen, and made every effort to find the route cause and fix the electrical issue I was having.Seriously I would recommend this for any American Car owner, American Service Personal based at RAF Lakenheath or RAF Mildenhall.Or even if you just have a normal English car but you just want top quality American Customer service and care. This Garage is the place to go!I definitely will be back in the future

Great service. They got me in last minute for an emergency check before my car was due to be shipped overseas. The mechanic walked me through the problem and was very kind and professional.

If you're getting a US spec vehicle from MAS call ahead and make sure you do not get Mildenhall Auto Centre Ltd. You would think the longest part of the process to getting your new vehicle would be the paperwork and shipping...far from it my vehicle took about a week+ to arrive on island from Germany. I put a down payment down and all come to find out I'm in a que 15-20 cars deep. While being told that the light conversion takes a day per car so I'm potentially waiting a additional month since they're only open 5 days a week...on top of the already established date, and delays during shipping. Not knowing the status of my vehicle with it potentially just sitting outside somewhere waiting to be worked on. Meanwhile I'm coming up on my first monthly payment for a vehicle I haven't driven and that isn't in my possession. I'm a patient person but 1 of 2 things need to changed either this company needs to be let go because they can't handle the uptake/demand of customers or they need hire more staff. I understand delays every now and then but if you're incapable of handing the customer traffic just give it up. Probably the worst experience I've had with a shop to date. Hopefully one of the bases implement some light conversion shops because I don't think this company values their customers time. Not to mention there's no communication or updates it's like I have to interrogate MAS and the Auto Centre for information. MAS Tracker on their website is inaccurate 99% of the time so you're pretty much in the dark most of the time. I've also been told when leaving the UK for the love of God go to Brandon Test Centre for a better experience reverting your vehicle. This isn't me being vindictive but when it comes to money and time I didn't feel like it was valued at all so why give them more business. God Bless!

Jenna at Mildenhall Auto Centre is amazing and deserves a raise for her fantastic customer service! She was very kind and patient in helping us sort out the programming of our key fob replacement for an American make vehicle. We appreciated that she was not only responsive and knowledgeable, but also prompt to call us back for confirmation. Big thanks to the other staff and mechanics for their good service!

We took our car to MAC for a tyre change and wheel alignment and were so pleased with the service. We then had a problem with another car and they took it in straight away, diagnosed the problem, gave a quote and we happily accepted. The work was done really quickly so we could get back on the road within a couple of days. The owner, Rick, is not only professional but really friendly, trustworthy and reliable. We are really happy to have found this garage :) Thank you Rick and team!

I find the service and customer interaction as the best in east Anglia The price for service is extremely competitive You are always greeted by the friendly staff They are professional in every aspect. I would encourage anyone looking for regular service centre to make this your selection No job is too small or too big Absolutely a standard above your expectations

Used this American garage in the past and had a great service on my Dodge Challenger.Used again on the 25/2/23 for an oil change on my 2021 Challenger. Great service and amazing staff. I fully recommend the business and have advertised on my American Muscle U.K. group on Facebook.Thanks gents.
