ANDERSON CARPETS

I used this guy to do my vinyl flooring and thought my experience was terrible.I was given a time between 2/4 but then he let me know he was on his way at 12:30, the job was done quickly and seemed to look good.I was quoted £157 but then when he fitted it he was asking for £175.I hoovered my vinyl 24 hours after fitting in order to let the glue dry, when I hoovered all of the vinyl lifted and there was a piece that was cut wrong that had been bodged.I contacted him to come out and re-glue it and also asked why I had a puzzle part. He sent his son out to re-glue the flooring and his son couldn't answer me as to why I had this bodge.I then left the vinyl again for 24 hours and again it lifted when I hoovered. I re-contacted the guy about this and told him I wanted to talk to him about it, again he came much earlier than expected.He rushed around my bathroom re-gluing like a Tasmanian devil.He apologized for the issues and said the bodge was due to my skirting. (The last company I had did not have any issues with my skirting and I did not have a puzzle piece)I asked him to either take up the vinyl and refund me, or re-fit the vinyl but have the toilet and bath panel taken out ( as I had already done this for him, when he came the first time. The job couldn't of been made any easier) or compensate me as the job is not done to a professional standard as I expected.He did not do any of this and said I could have a discount of my next order!! (I would never use him AGAIN)The amount of time this has cost me as I have been having to take time off work to be there for him is ridiculous. I wished I hadn't of paid him in full when he came the first time.

Had a couple of mats done and he did a great job even brought them back to me, didn't know it was there but will definitely go there first when I need any flooring
