We have been several times over the last few weeks and the shop is always closed, we are desperate to get our clothes back. No one answers the phone. Paid cash upfront for the alterations. Discusting service. Lots of customers must be the same as us.....have they done a runner?

I purchased the next day turnaround option for an extra few quid. Was pleased with service I received.

Do not use, go elsewhere!!!Lady was very rude when asking if she could take up some jeans but we left them with her and she gave us a date to collect. We collected them on the date and she said they weren’t ready, she said to return in a hour which we couldn’t as working so I asked what time she was open till and she said 2 which I wouldn’t have finished work by then so couldn’t. I then said I’d collect at the weekend after and she said she would be closed. In the end I just took my jeans back without the alteration.Do not go to this shop! The lady is so rude and always closed and doesn’t get things done on time.

Very pleased, curtains shortened as requested, a very neat job. Curtains were ready to collect next day.

What is going on shop says open and isn’t and I want to collect my item that I can clearly see hanging up!!! Fuming drove all the way to bury to not be able to collect!!!

Awful workmanship. Bad attitude. Requested a replacement zip to partners skirt. waited a week, charged £20. Zip was wrong colour, was not taken fully to the top of the dress.The zip was even folded over and stitched so now when worn catches on other materials. (see pic)The zip was put in the incorrect place resulting in reducing the waist of the skirt, making the skirt unwearable, by approx. 2 inchesIts now cheaper to buy a new skirt than pay a second time for it to be corrected.Disgusting service and attitude.HIGHLY wouldn't recommend - originally from London so I know what service standards are.Daylight robbery

I have family photos and she has not been in to give me my dress back! There is no number to get in touch with anyone and have been here the past two days looking for it to open up.

Awful customer service - took trousers for a wedding here explained date of wedding & given a collection date of 7 days later. Go to shop twice on collection date and it was closed, went next day closed again, went next day & forgot ticket so the shop refused to even attempt to look for my trousers. 3 further trips to town to find the shop closed when website states it should be open. Eventually get to the shop to find it open the day before the wedding (6 days after the collection date I was given) to be given the trousers back not even done and with one of the trouser legs cut off!! Given money back, but refused to give me the £16 that the trousers cost me (still had tags on!) not even a sorry and left me with 4 hours to get the trousers tailored before the wedding the following day!! Will never use this shop again!! Spoke to shop owner and got nowhere - absolutely shocking!!

I must say, I'm not impressed with the service. I have been in twice to collect a dress. And the shop is closed. I have tried to call them and no-one answers. I have paid up front and would like my dress back!!

I'm still hoping the lady will come back from lunch or something, but my daughters school uniform for Monday is in there and its closed! The hours say Monday to Saturday 0900 -1700 it's now 14.15. If the owner is reading this I need to have the uniform today!! It' Saturday 3rd septber 2022 at 14.15*Update* Its now 8th September STILL have not had any luck getting my daughters uniform back! Here now at 10.25am place is empty, have seen 3 people stop at the shop and peer through the window and leave annoyed. Have reported to trading standards but they didn't seem too interested. Called police who suggested trading standards. What the hell is going on?
