Had pedicures from here twice. The massage chair is amazing!! The experience is amazing, I feel comfortable to come back here and will certainly do again. Friendly service and highly recommend. £25 for Pedicure.

The WORST nail shop in notts. If you’re a new student in the town looking for a place to get your nails done avoid here at all costs. I came in simply for a removal and they ruined my nails. The lady was so aggressive with the process and filed way too far down leaving my nails brittle asff. I had to grow out my nails for months, apply nails strengthening oils and cuticle oil to restore my nails back to a healthy state. Haven’t stepped foot in it ever since. If they can be careless with an ordinary removal how much more the application.

I've gone there a few times and this time around my birthday I decided to get the same thing I did last year.Black matte nails, however a few hours later bubbles formed underneath the polish on both hands and the polish came off.Personally it didn't feel like it was worth 30 at that point.

AVOID! Had acrylics done asked for coffin 3 times and she did them square, uneven & wonky. The woman with plaits and white boots also went on her phone in the MIDDLE of doing my nails. I waited while she was grinning and texting her friends. I had to then had to tell her to stop and continue my nails. So rude. Awful customer service. Dont waste your money.

I was a walk in that had a wedding in a couple of days so asked for an ombre french manicure. They saw me straight away despite it being very busy and did an incredible job. The detail and skill they put into my nails was beautiful to watch and I've been so pleased how they've lasted. It's been two and a half weeks and still flawless! Thank you!

I just want to say - how they treat customers is unfair! I have used them before and now it’s coming to point be here I want to leave a review and message for the customers! I’m so disappointed and how they make you wait leave your feet soaked in water for 1 hour and forget you! Then that make faces and not bothered if the customers is happy. I had my lashes done they looked horrible and when I made a complaint they talk in there language and make you feel that you are in wrong. Please don’t waste your time find better place where you can receive a good customer service!Then when you make a payment they forgot calling you saying we have under charge you! Honestly this new manager he’s annoying and the. Owner Tracey she is watching and doing nothing! I’m not going back!!!

Had gel nails done, a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. Good service, was happy with everything I had done.

I have had two horrible experiences. One I was lured into doing my eye brows with great promise that it’s will last 3 weeks. In 3days it cleaned off . I went back to complain but was told I would need to pay again. The second time was my nails, colour was very dull after done, the stuff wanted to add a few sparkles to brighten it, but the manager stopped them and insisted more money has to be paid. The approach was very unfriendly. When getting into the store the manager welcomes you with a smile but after he gets paid, he doesn’t care whether your nails are nice or not. I don’t use them anymore. Other friends have also complained and started looking for somewhere else to try.

I went in few weeks ago to do my feet and to have my lashes done the guy who did my feet was great. However, when it was my turn to do my lashes and I went to the chair, it was dirty, I asked politely for the chair to be cleaned, one of their staffs, went for a dry napkin, says here if ypu want it to be clean, you clean it. They have no manners,What is wrong with them, they need to know how to treat customers, they have no manners and I don't think they really like customers, they are after our monies.I'm from BAME Community and I would NEVER reccomend them.
