I have to go to this building every time I have my audiology appointment in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge and every time I see this building listed on my appointment sheet I get frustrated because I always get lost and can never find the place. It's not very well signposted exactly where it is so I have to often go around in circles to find the place.Having said that, the staff are wonderful and I've got a cochlear implant they do well with the equipment and make sure my enquiries are dealt with. It's not staffed 24/7 but usually, about fifteen minutes before your appointment you can use the buzzer and then someone from the reception will physically go over to the door to let you in.
