I phoned to have a check on my suspension, and for them to find out the reason my fiesta ecoboost was losing power. 1. He didn’t check my suspension at all. 2. He said my turbo was ruined which in fairness it was. 3. He told me I needed a new engine and didn’t give me a reason, in fact I took it to DG Weavers Ford garage in gelli and they told me there is nothing wrong with my engine and that I only needed a new turbo. Shocking to say the least and the biggest waste of £48

Great service and didn't try to rip me off. Dealt with the problem with no fuss and lovely people. Won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

I heartily endorse this location! They stated they could perform the MOT when I needed to last time! I've been disappointed by a lot of locations, but not by them ❤️

Leaving on behalf of acquaintance.Booked with this Garage after seeing positive reviews and recommendations.Mechanically, we are satisfied that the works due were completed.However, we were disappointed that the car was ready well over an hour after the latest time given by the receptionist- we had made clear it was needed for work and more communication would have been appreciated.The total cost was well over the quote given - Again, if an explanation had been provided, it would have helped.To make matters worse, we were horrified to see that they had not bothered to stamp the service book, an excuse of it being in the glove box was given - had we been told to leave it out, we would of (it hadn't been a problem at previous Garages), but the mechanic did access the glovebox for the locking wheel nut. There was also plenty of opportunity to let me know that they hadn't, rather than I find out by checking.We were satisfied that this Garage completed the works needed, and likely did a good job, but was disappointed by the communication.

Dropped off my daughter's car for m.o.t. and repairs, polite staff with very good service. Highly recommended.

The service here is way ahead of main Ford dealer in Bridgend the staff here , are engaging ,friendly , flexible , caring they work to get the best price for the parts and they work fast outstanding experience receptionist is a star

Great service, fast efficient and friendly. Saved us £200 odd versus dealers garage that were trying to pull a fast one. Took my car down for an MOT as a result of their great service on my partner's car and it was again excellent.

Excellent service all round, very competitive prices, extremely knowledgeable & helpful staff. Have been taking my cars here since they opened some 25 years ago & will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
