Ablett House - Yugo Student Accommodation

A little far from the city centre, but can be accepted. An student dorm apartment, with many students waiting for asking many staffs, always need to wait. Service just soso, but anyway under this price it's fine.

Honestly you can't go wrong with staying here for the duration of your university degree. The rooms are amazing, there is soo much room and they are such a great value. The staff here are amazing and are always going above and beyond to make your time here the best it can be. They will solve any type of problem you have as soon as they can. They are very willing to accommodate any requests whether it would be room changes or changes to your contract. There is always something going on in the common room allowing you to meet other people on your floor and in the building.

Staff don't seem to deal with roomate problems regardless of them breaking tenancy rules. As the rooms go mine ended up being broken and messy. Aren't a organised team when it comes to cross overs on shift.

Excellent location for University and nightlife. Can’t fault the accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Can't fault Ablett house, studying here for my masters and wish I'd come here sooner or could stay another year. Staff are so lovely and will sort out any issues so quickly. Everything is clean and modern, my room is spacious with a great view, It it feels like a hotel sometimes and not student accommodation

Great accommodation, I and everyone I know here has had an amazing experience! The staff really care about you and will make your university experience much brighter! The rooms have been great, I've never had a problem that the staff didn't sort out immediately!Overall a great experience, have already booked again for my third year!!

Second year living here and if I was here for another year at uni then I would definitely be rebooking! Staff are super nice, rooms are large with everything you need in terms of storage and kitchens are also of good size. Location is excellent - Library is directly opposite, Byrom St campus is literally 3 minutes away, Tesco located downstairs, 10 minute walk from town centre and 10 minute walk from Lime St Station.Only complaint I would say is that the provided mattresses are of really poor quality and they should be upgraded to better onesApart from that, 10/10 would recommend!

Very nice and helpful staff, good amenities generally and very well-situated.I would just say that the mattress was the worst I've ever had. I didn't ask for a new one, so they might have provided a new one if I had. I also think there should be regular staff checks in the apartment because in my experience it forces students to take care of their place better. For example, the few times a staff member came in for whatever reason, they didn't care that my room mates smoked all day every day in a smoke-free building! Which makes me wonder if the smoke detectors even work!Despite that, the building has pretty good standards for a Liverpool student housing place. It is very hard to find better for less money.
