Nice staff and cafe cleanOnly thing is as with all Costa there are virtually no healthy options apart from an overpriced bananaDisabled parking is excellent!Toilets nice and clean too with disabled access

£12 is not cheap for 2 drinks and 2 portions of toast with just butter. I would at least expect them to toast it on both sides. You have to ask them to do it most times you come in. The staff working today looked like they couldn't be bothered and we had to clean the table before sitting down. Very poor for this Costa it used to be good here. It has become more expensive here than the other Costa coffees around Nottinghamshire. I've always loved Costa but I'll be avoiding this one in future.

I came here to say the tries the new menu item, The Blueberry Bubble Frappe. The actual drink was amazing, but there was one problem. The straw. If you have ever had bubble tea before then you know that you need a a straw big enough to fit the bubbles through. The straw Costa provided was not big enough, resulting in me having to use my fingers. I hope that this issue gets resolved in the coming days.

Love costa. Almond and rasberry bake and cappuccino is my favourite and the usual for me. Would prefer if the staff spoke friendly especially a particular invidual. I noticed the male server spoke with a monotonous voice with friend who is Asian and dark in colour. Whereas he spoke to other white people happily. Beeston costa is my favourite as they are friendly there. I would of gone there but it was full.

I like this Costa outlet, it has spacious seating and good they serve good fresh cakes but the customer service is not up to the mark.Also the washrooms are not well maintained.
