Have been a customer here since Frank Ng came to Hucknall to convert an old chippy into the best Chinese takeaway in town. The food is fantastic and the service is first class. Singapore chow mein is always very tasty and so is their beef with ginger & spring onions. It's always easy to recommend somewhere when you know they'll never disappoint.

100% excellent phone service provided by Portland Road. beautiful food to enjoy from Portland Road. Chinese Food at its most awsome bestI woukd like to comment on the other NG kitchen in Huckall on Watnal Road is Awful . Very poor phone manner recalls poor service previous and cold food. This recent cancelled order was rang by mistake. I've lived in hucknall 20 years I'd say NG Portland Road is the Best.

One of the best chicken skewers i tasted. Enjoyed the salt and pepper chips, full of flavours. Plenty of veggie rolls & good customer service when ordering. Cheers

I've been using ng kitchens for many years but in the past few months it's been getting worse either by food not tasting nice or having to wait over a hour and half to 2 hours for the food to arrive and today I had to ring to find out where my order was as it had been a hour and half and they just said give them 10 minutes and I waited another 15 minutes and all driver said was never mind I can understand having to wait for delivery but its even threw the week surley it shouldn't be that bad threw the week . so won't be ordering from these again.

I ordered some food that happened to be under £12 (when I normally order it is always under £12) the woman had a go at me because I didn’t have any cash even though she always lets me pay by card. She said the minimum is £12 even though every time I have been she’s always let me pay by card. Then when she gave the orders out she was lovely to everyone apart from me. This was a nasty and vile experience so I will never be coming here ever again!!

First order tonight and I can’t believe we’ve not tried them sooner. Initially ordered simply because of the 5/5 hygiene rating but soon realised the food was far nicer than any other from Hucknall.Will definitely be back!
