zero stars - pictures do not match what arrives at all - she sends any old design, totally different colour then gets really rude and argumentative when you ask her for a refund or exchange - do not use this business - terrible customer service from her and really angry woman. On top of this, she doeasnt send what you see on the image I am afraid

Contacted via message on Etsy with a query a week ago. Didn't received a reply so I messaged again saying I was disappointed I didn't receive a reply only to be told she is unable to respond to every email as she has hundreds of emails and is a Mum. It is terrible customer service to ignore emails and I'm sorry but saying this is because you are a Mum is irrelevant. It's as if saying I'm less busy because I'm not a Mum. If you have a business that is doing well then yes, you are going to be busy, but that doesn't mean you should only deal with the customers you choose. This is coming from a past business owner.

Ive spent over £500 on cushions and didn’t receive any tracking, no emails, no texts, NO TRACKING! Shocking considering the amount of money I’ve spent.After 10 days I contacted this company via email to ask where my cushions were.I got texted from a privet number telling me very bluntly that I had missed the delivery and that I needed to rearrange delivery… I couldn’t rearrange delivery because I had NO TRACKING NUMBER. The person texting me eventually gave me a tracking number but it didn’t work. I thought I was getting scammed at this point. I said I wanted them to get the parcel to me or give me a refund. The person texting me was so rude to me, saying there was nothing they could do, they wouldn’t refund me and if the cushions returned to them, they wouldn’t post them out again. After me saying multiple times that the only way I could arrange a redelivery is if they provide me with a tracking number and if they don’t I would contact my bank to get a refund that way. Suddenly they started cooperating and sent me a tracking number that worked.I have now received the cushions and they are nice but I would NEVER recommend using this company again. I will NEVER be buying again.
