I really think this place has had its day sadly. I went because I was passing for my grandson's wellies. Very limited choice and if I had time to go somewhere else I would have. When I say limited I mean only 3 designs in his size (11 kids)The place looked empty and service at the till was minimal at best

Great place to pick up all you need in relation to the outdoors. From walking/hiking to full on camping/Caravanning and everything in between, a massive selection of products to suit every budget. Often have sales on different products and lines so stock levels can be limited. Also, to make your visit better, a really nice ice cream van is often parked up near the entrance which the wife and children usually make the most of and enjoy biscoff cone for the older ones and rainbow ice cream for the youngest.

This place has gone hill over the years, You used a lot of good products here ideal for work clothes, tools, outdoor clothing and waterproofs but now it's all top branded stuff all Dickie's but now it's limited and expensiv.I wouldn't recommend anyone to come.

Well, I haven't been in there for a while, but I was shocked at how small it has become. There is no hunting stuff there now, plus it looks like a lot of the stock has been thinned out for more space. Sadly, it's quite disappointing.I only went in because the car boot wasn't on.Thankfully, the motorcycle display was still there.

Really disappointed. We've been coming here for years. Came today to purchase some wellies for my 18m old. Told they no longer stock infant shoes/wellies and the smallest size is child 7. Was also looking for a women's coat. Usually buy regetta from here but no usual brands available. Only one very expensive brand. So left very unimpressed. They've remerchandised and have a lot of new staff so maybe they are under new management/ownership. Personally we can't afford to buy coats for £250+ in the current climate.

Each and everything available here like bikes, cycle, camping, drifting, hiking, hunting sports products etc I suggest every one who has adventured nature must visit here the quality of products is so good but price of things little higher because they sale brand products.

Massive change since I last visited years ago. Used to be rows and rows of shoes, bit like Tommy Balls in Blackburn. More like Go Outdoors now. Slightly disappointed, but looks nice, happy friendly staff, and great if you're a walker/camper and well off.

Only half the size it used to be, but still the place for camping / hiking equipment. I wanted waterproof boots, and the assistant was really helpful. Good selection of coats and fleeces, too. Loads of parking space during the week.

Why have they got rid of normal shoes?Now, they only sell outdoor items, and I think they are overpriced.I ended up buying the item I wanted from the Craghoppers website for a much lower price.

Lots of bargains, well worth a visit. There's a Motorcycle display, lots of classics, even got a Carl Fogarty bike there.
