Had my first visit with my cat here today after adopting her from a rescue centre. The staff here are incredible and the team were so kind and friendly during the visit. The vet was incredibly kind with my nervous cat and really looked after her. I particularly liked that there was education in the appointment about how best to look after my cat which I would not have had otherwise.So glad there is a brilliant local vet nearby. Thank you so much for everything to everyone at Medivet.

I always find the staff very helpful and welcoming and they have always been willing to fit me in within a couple of hours when I have contacted them to treat my cat for a cat bite no matter how busy they are. No one could ask for a better service as they care a lot about the welfare of the animals they treat to get them as comfortable and better as quick as possible.

Biggleswade Medivet accommodated an urgent need when our own branch didn’t have a vet on the premises for four days. They have performed thorough investigations, swiftly while being supportive and compassionate to us. Biggleswade Medivet have looked after our fur boy brilliantly, Theo and the team at Medivet Biggleswade really are second to none!

Theo and the team are always so welcoming when I visit the practise. They have gone above and beyond this year for my cat who has been unwell - often calling with updates out of hours, which means a lot. They really do care for the pet and the owners. A great practise.

The team were so welcoming when I took my cat for a weight check this week. Everyone said hello as they walked past and even though the appointment didn’t start on time due to a previous appointment running over, everyone was so apologetic and accommodating. Theo was very helpful and gave lots of useful advice for weight loss for my cat ❤️
