Happily rescheduled an appointment for us - brought our husky puppy here earlier today and he came out looking and smelling beautiful. The little bandana they gave him was a welcome and adorable touch as well. Good communication via email and phone. We're very pleased and will be back, thank you for making our puppys first groom a positive experience.

Took our nervous’ish Labrador Brie here for the first time yesterday….. she came out looking and smelling great and you could tell by her behaviour she has been extremely well looked after. 5 star service!

Wonderful groomer, excellent service, my dog Bonnie, is so well looked after and has a beautifully clean and well groomed coat after each visit, she is an anxious little dog but is always treated with such kindness and patience, would highly recommend!

Have used Puppylove since they opened 5 years ago. Wouldn't go anywhere else - they are so accommodating & do an excellent job. My pup always comes back looking dapper and smelling amazing! Can't recommend enough....
