This company took me under their employment a short while ago and unfortunately it was not long before I left. Lots of errors being made (most jobs had measuring errors), only one experienced installer within the company (not the director), dishonest to customers and even had the cheek to substantially dock my wages for 'uniform' after I had left! All in all I would say there are far more professional and trustworthy companies worth using out there. And take it from me, do not trust their checkatrade reputation

Innovation Blinds and Shutters
We used Innovation Blinds back in 2014 at our old house in Balcombe for shutters and blinds so had no hesitation in using them again for our new place in Horsham.Jeff was great at discussing the pros and cons of different slat sizes and the implications of each which meant we had confidence in our final choice.All installed now and looks great!

Innovation blinds were hugely helpful with our online order. Nothing was too much trouble and they even rang to help talk us through a query about how to put the blinds up. Really nice people. Meticulous, thorough and great to deal with. I recommend them highly.

Innovation Blinds and Shutters
Ordering process was not an issue but after receiving blinds, they clearly hadn't been through a quality control check as the control strings were so short that the blinds didn't fully close before the end stop fouling on the top frame. We had to dismantle the mechanism to release more string to allow them to fully close but the strings are still very short once closed. I have emailed the company regarding the issue but with no response after 3 days. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Innovation Blinds and Shutters provide exceptional after sales service. They supplied us with blinds over 7 years ago, in 2015. The blinds were excellent quality, but recently we started to have problems with the handles, so we got in touch with them to ask what could be done.This company is at the other end of the country to us, but Katie sorted out our problem without hesitation, despite having no obligation to do so. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I've used Innovation Blinds several times and have always been delighted with their service from consultation to fitting. The products I've bought have been excellent. I'm really surprised to see negative reviews because I have had some dud experiences from similar companies (large and small) but have found Innovation to be excellent. To give a specific example, I wanted roller blind brackets in a dark grey tomatch window frames. As there are not available the guys helped me get them painted in advance of fitting without holding up the order. Just an example of going the extra mile. I would honestly, unreservedly recommend them.

Innovation Blinds and Shutters
A reliable and top notch family business. We have five blinds fitted in our flat from Innovation, and all of them are perfect. Exactly what we asked for. The standard is very high and our flat was treated with the utmost respect (we weren't here when the blinds were fitted). The negative reviews look like people trying to get freebees to me because they just don't sound right. Big thanks to Innovation and will be recommending them to others.
