I first contacted “Pro Scan Drainage Specialists”, on the Tuesday, through Facebook messenger, & received a message back, within 1-minute. He then came out later that afternoon, to assess the job that needed doing, & the following day came back. The next day, he visited an hour earlier, than expected which was helpful to us, & sorted the blocked drain within a hour. The gentleman was very kind, & courteous, fixed the long standing problem, & cleaned everywhere at the end. I’ve definitely saved the contact details, should I have any more problems in the future.
