Marvellous job yet again on our cocker spaniel, she looks amazing, thanks to Mel and the team

My dog Zoi came out so happy and looked so smart! Lovely staff, gave him so much fuss and attention. Will be going back!

We have recently moved into the area and I took my cocker spaniel here based on the reviews, he's got long fur so isn't the biggest fan of the groomers! He was beautifully groomed and such a happy chap when I picked him up. Will definitely be bringing him back!

Staff are very friendly. Dog loves his visits.

I thought my girls were going to be groomed by one groomer of my choosing a trusted member of staff to that, hmm this is not the case...... my shizhus should take 2 hours each for a full groom, their last groom for both took 2hrs 45mins from time i dropped off to time i received a phone call to say they were ready. This cant be right surely...... one had a bald patch on her bottom, later she developed an infection in her eye resulting in a visit to our regular vets, who informed me that her eye lashes had been cut to short and therefore had been poking into her eyes (infection). Request made that only my chosen groomer pamper my girls has been refused, sadly due to this my girls will not be returning to Canny cuts, my girls deserve the best groomer Jess sadly she is not able to do what she used too. I drove a hour each way from home in order for Jess to be able to do my girls, shame Mel doesnt want her dogs to have the best as much as her staff do......

I have used this salon for many years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. It is reassuring to know that when I leave Wilf, my wire haired dachshund, with Mel and her team they are kind, friendly as well as being extremely good at what they do! Many many thanks as always and look forward to seeing you soon!
