Best Patty's I've had! Main meal was ok but could do with a bit more sauce. The dumpling was different but amazing flavour to it. Had the beef patty which was truly amazing! The shop is huge, you can sit comfortably.Small jerk chickenBiscuit dumplingBeef pattyCan of drink

Always out of patties and fish fritters..rice always taste as if was cooked the day before and thawed out never al la dente.. how can you run out of patties 2.30pm on a Friday. Also hardly prices displayed. Will be going to Caribbean Take Away in Forest Hill more variety and stays open late ...will not be returning here!!!!!

Visited today Saturday 2nd served by a very polite young man this morning. Unfortunately the name Patty Palace did not represent as shortage of the main dish Patties. these should be available all day. No cakes to buy. No fritters. Shortage of Dumplings. Apologies from the young man was accepted as he did his best showing what items were still available. Despite these failings which should be taken seriously before we loose another good carribean shop the fooid was very nice with flavour and just like mamma made.

Nice lunch location, good choice of menu. Lots of fresh patties and good choice of chicken and rice dishes. The venue is large with lots of seating. Staff on site were nice and helpful. The jerk chicken chicken was juicy and fresh, tasted spicy and tasted like authentic jerk chicken.Lunch menu is £5 which also includes a drink. For the quality and price the food is excellent.

£2.60 for a beef patty w/ cheese. (They just cut the same beef patty and add slice cheese for 20pm extra.Beef patty flavour is horrible just strong with onion and horrible. He didn’t warm up my patty good enough either so I couldn’t eat any after 2 bites. There was no rush. I was the only customer in the shop.

Foods not bad,not much variety available for vegans. could be vastly improved,by instructing the senior person on site to act more professional...Having said that ,the younger lady on the site has a more pleasant professional attitude....which was much appreciated.

Always runs out of food before midday. Never has patties I don’t know why they’re calling themselves that. Cancels your order. Food taste off. Joke of a place

They need to change the name. This place never has any patties... how you can be called Patty Palace, and you don't have any is beyond me. Its the same thing at the Sydenham location.
