Writing this review on behalf of myself and my family who are thrilled with the care my Nan (ER) has received whilst at Arbour Lodge. We've seen a totally different side of Nan within a matter of months, she's the happiest we've seen her in years and you can tell she feels comfortable and well cared for. It deserves a lengthy review!(I'm including a bit of background info, I just feel it's relevant in highlighting what an improvement in mental and physical health my Nan has experienced whilst at Arbour Lodge)My Nan was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago and Arbour lodge has been the second place of care she has lived in. The previous home she was in claimed that she had challenging behaviours and felt the need to be firm" with Nan. They kept a record of such "behaviours" (Nan trying to leave the premises on a regular basis and becoming tearful and upset) and said they couldn't meet her needs

Arbour lodge is a beautiful care home for residential And lovely work team .❤️.

Lovely home, staff and management are supportive. They are all brilliant with the residents. I really enjoy working along side the team they have. Highly recommend
