My experience so far with Remit has been faultless! I applied for an apprenticeship and was placed promptly by Remit in an amazing position filled with an abundance of opportunities. The support from the staff there has been amazing, and I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for an apprenticeship.

Looked at reviews on this Web site which seem good for some with regards to recruitment. But please avoid at all cost if you are looking at Remit to apply for courses.My Experience has been shocking. I Completed Understanding Behaviour that Challenges course in 2019 which I may say I passed, which I was delighted with. But I have been passed from pillar to post while trying to receive my certificate Shocking customer service. This has been going on since September 2019. Avoid at all cost.

Remit are laughably awful as an apprenticeship provider. I would take the positive reviews left here with a grain of salt, Google reviews are notorious for being abused by companies due to Google having zero moderation and verification. I strongly recommend checking the pass rate of the course you apply for before you take it on, as I had only discovered that they have a shocking 55% pass rate for mine, after I'd already gone through more than a year of... this:- Passed around 3 trainers within the first half of the apprenticeship, 1st trainer said they were retiring but came back after the 3rd trainer left. I had one session with the 2nd trainer, which has been the only productive session I've had.- I was never properly inducted into the course, what I did get was very surface level, I think this is a root problem that caused a number of subsequent problems.- When being passed between trainers, 1st trainer and 2nd trainer seemed to have different ideas of how to complete the course, either that or the 2nd trainer made actual effort to make sense of what needs doing and said to not do it the way the prev trainer was doing things because it doesn't make much sense (I would have to agree), then when the 1st trainer came back they asked how far I'd gotten with something I was told not to do. Utter nonsense.- There has been zero meaningful communication with my employer. Myself and my employer has been missing important information for my completion of the course, nothing has ever been made clear to my employer on requirements, getting shadowing with necessary departments, necessary documents that should have been done throughout the course etc. - this really was imperative because it became apparent, after a lot of time wasted, that the apprenticeship did not match my job role closely enough, creating a lot of extra effort to make things relevant; this, on top of other issues, has damaged this course, I would say, beyond repair.- Myself and the other apprentices in my group under this trainer had all gotten to very late in this course without being able to complete the first assignment, we were all seemingly having the same problem, and yet this trainer has told us several times that we would have had this done in the first 6 weeks if we had started with them"... which we did start with them. So

My experience with Remit has been excellent. Working with James over a period of many months to ascertain the level of apprenticeship required. A very professional knowledgeable company who pride themselves in delivering the correct qualification to the leaner. I would recommend Remit to anyone looking for an apprenticeship.

Our experience with Remit has been really positive. They have found us a great standard of Apprentices for our early careers plan and they are very easy to deal with. They are good with communication and we can always get hold of our account managers there. We were recommended to them and I can see why. Thanks for your support.

I would highly recommend Remit if you are looking for an apprentice. I have been an apprentice with Remit myself and they even when there were hiccups extra staff and information were provided to help out.I have also been on the other end and have taken on an apprentice with Remit. They are so easy to work with, very little paperwork to fill out and the training staff are friendly and easy to get along with.If you don't already have an apprentice give them a call. Start reaping the rewards and setting up for the future.

Overall experience with Remit Training was great. I applied for an apprenticeship and heard back the next day, not long after there was an interview which Abbie-Leigh helped me prepare for. Hearing back after the interview was again, very fast. Secured the role with a starting date in a matter of no time, overall I'm very happy.

I have recently applied for an apprenticeship through Remit Training. I received a response from the team within 2 days of applying and have received excellent service ever since. They have provided me with lots of useful information and support throughout my process. Would highly recommend.

After a few weeks they called me asking if I was still interested, and it followed on from their to securing a place.They tell you all the information you will need for the apprenticeship and will even give you tips on the interview and call you to make sure everything is set in place. A lot of useful documentation is online in your learner portal which is created by your mentor who will see you through the entire apprenticeship process and guide you to be a successful employee.
