Had a wonderful time at the tea blending workshop at the Manchester shop (11th of June 2023): Sophie was a brilliant host and so knowledgeable about literally every tea everyone asked about, and Liam was a great guide through teaching us how to blend our own teas. Would love to go again!

The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. It looks like it would be overwhelming for a tea novice but everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful you don't feel lost. I absolutely love Bird and Blend and their teas are so tasty. I recently stopped for a blueberry muffin matcha in store and absolutely delicious.

Having become a recent fan of iced tea, I wanted to have a nosey in this Northern Quarter tea shop.The staff are particularly friendly, explaining the different teas with a passion and offering looks/smells of them.There are lots of exciting products to browse- I was already getting Christmas present ideas!A refreshing and fair-priced Unicorn Iced Tea rounded off my visit. I’m looking forward to another one already.

Attended a cocktail making workshop. What a brilliant evening. Our host Kim was friendly and really knowledgeable about her teas. We tried several different teas as our cocktail bases and there wasn’t one I didn’t love. We set stuff on fire, made our own smoke and added glitter. It was a lot of fun. Would recommend this evening. Very different to what you might expect from a cocktail class.

Iv never met staff (collectively) to be so great in terms of friendliness, attitude, knowledge, attentiveness and overall greatness. Each one I interacted with was just all the above.The array of tea was decent, not as much as other tea shops iv been to but still good.The quality of products is also great :)

Really nice little cafè at the Northern Quarter, went frequently in the morning to get a cup of pure matcha latte. They sell a range of matcha powders, all worth a try! The price is a bit high compared to other coffee houses.

Had a lovely time at the tea cocktail night! Josh and Liam who were hosting were amazing and really fun and friendly. The cocktails were varied and learned loads of cool things about tea! Would recommend to anyone who like tea or cocktails! Will definitely do again!
