My puppy was aggressively biting especially at night and I was at my wits end. Many times I'd sit crying. One hour with Mark and I have the tools to stop the behaviour. It was an incredibly informative lesson and my puppy's behaviour changed almost immediately. I woke up feeling so much lighter and more positive with a much better bond with my puppy. Mark came to help us with our highly reactive rescue dog. Within one session, he was calmer, pulled less and was so much easier to walk. I got quite emotional at the extreme change in him simply through Mark giving us the right guidance on how to deal with his fear. We still have a way to go but with three sessions under our belt, Mark has given us the tools to continue training and give our boy the best life feeling safe, secure and loved. Mark is an absolutely amazing trainer. We have struggled with separation related issues with our stubborn Samoyed for a few months and we were at the end of our wits. With Marks knowledge and guidance, he is much calmer and improving massively just after two sessions.I can’t wait to continue working with Mark and see even more improvements!

Mark ‘cuts to the chase’. He is focused on constantly moving forwards and achieving wins. There is absolutely no question that this training has transformed our puppy. A few training sessions has paved the way for 12/14 years of pleasure. I contacted Mark in May when I couldn't stop my 7 month old sprocker continuously pulling on her lead. Mark visited and within an hour had her under control. I also mentioned a few more issues and Mark had a solution for them all. He has visited several times and has helped me enormously. Many of my issues are still a work in progress but he has given me the tools to continue. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a problem with their dog.

Mark is great. We have a 5 month old French bulldog which is quite nervous around humans & excited around dogs. He would bark a lot when we walked past either. Mark talked us through the reason and thresholds and taught us how to work with Frank to enable him to walk past both without barking. We only had two sessions with Mark and Frank is already doing so well. We are now using the strategies to continue training Frank and will call mark if we need any further help or advice! Mark is an exceptional dog trainer. He helped us train our husky puppy to be completely off leash in a record time. We still can’t believe how well behaved is our puppy Zorro now, husky being recognised as an independent/stubborn breed, but Mark proved us that any breed can be well behaved and trained (apparently our vet was wrong when he told us “good luck keeping Zorro on a leash the rest of his life”). I recommend Mark 100%.

When I first contacted Mark, I had run out of options with our 3yo lab cross who seemed to be getting worse with no sign of improvement. We have now worked on and fixed a number of unwanted behaviours - jumping while on walks, redirection towards us, mouthing after walks - and are working on wanted behaviours such as impeccable recall, listening when asked to do something, non-reactivity to our cat and other dogs, calmer off-lead walks. Having been kicked out of a dog walking group two years ago, he successfully boarded with lots of dogs last summer. Our latest victory was spending two and 1/2 hours at the pub with a calm dog who behaved in the environment. None of this would have been possible without Mark. Would highly recommend.
