My girlfriend and I had the best day at John Lewis in Exeter. We went into Jo Malone as we had received a free hand and arm massage, but ended up having a lovely morning! Dawn helped us and she was FANTASTIC! Down to earth, fun and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed learning about the scents and layering but the massage was HEAVENLY! We left with some perfume and body cream and I can't stop smelling it! Im looking forward to my mother visiting from America so we can take her in for a wonderful experience. Please acknowledge Dawn for all her hard work!

George was amazing, had no idea she was new due to her amazing product knowledge. She was concentrating on telling me how great everything was rather than just trying to sell me something. Ended up having the space I needed to buy THE best purfume ever.

Try buying Jo Malone products in any of the perfume shops in Taunton, and I tried them all, and you'll be disappointed. Absolutely terrible that this great product range is not available in the County Town.

Service was fantastic from the second we walked in the door. The lady who served us was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Wish we were nearer to the shop to be able to visit regularly.
