My place of work, facilities here can't really be faulted

Do not use Vodafone! I have had to speak to 8 different members of staff within 2 weeks about my broadband, my internet keeps disconnecting saying cannot connect, at one point I asked to speak to a manager and the customer assistant I was speaking to refused to put a manager on the phone, finally have found out there is a fault in the line but have been told they don't know when it'll be fixed so basically I've been left with no internet because of a fault on their end, they haven't even offered free data to cover me while I have no WiFi and haven't offered to give me my money back for paying for a service that I'm not receiving, extremely unhappy with their service.

Vodafone do not give a toss about their customers. I have been a loyal customer for many yea rs and have my mobile, house phone and broadband with them, for which I pay monthly by direct debit. I am moving to Portugal on July 13th and I asked them to cut off my house phone and broadband on July 12th. They promptly cut them off on May 25th!!! When I complained, I had to pay £80 upfront for a portable device which promptly crashed my computer. I then had to pay £30 for a computer expert to fit a new wifi drive to my computer. Eventually after wasting hours of my time in the Dunfermline shop and on the telephone, I have got my house phone and broadband back, but guess what? I now have a different house phone number and they have told me I have an 18 month contract with the portable device and the house phone and broadband and I am leaving on July 13th!! So they charged me roaming for the device, which I finally got refunded and they have so very kindly said they will not charge me early leaving from the 2 18 month contract which I was given due to their stupidity. I asked for a Galaxy S6 phone as compensation for all the hassle and upset I have gone through and apparently that is too much to give from amultimillion pund company. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY DON'T GIVE A TOSS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I didn't visit. Just happened to be in the area. That's why I have given an ok as it would be unfair of me to say I hated, liked or loved it as I really have no opinion on the matter. Thank you for asking though.

Great office.Superb facilities.

Awful internet connection with dongle. Paying 02 double for extra data for months because no connection. Can’t get through to phone lines. APPAULING service can’t wait until contract ends. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
