I All properties i viewed here just look like trash and letting agent has such a don't care attitude his attire fits this discription. Doesn't give you any confidence or real advice about what expect as if he knows that apartments/ lords are not to be trusted but it's more important to get the properties let. Few of the properties listed have a high turnovers even though they are non student accaccommodation .I'd be cautious using them if you do decide to.

I walked in the office to inquire about renting a property and a staff member gave me a business card and said look on the website. No staff had any customers in. Why re-direct me to a website when I was already there? Has to be the worst service I've ever witnessed from an estate agent.

Worst experience I’ve had. Stay away!!! Estate agent was late, didn’t even apologise. Had the wrong key!! Couldn’t contact the landlord. Booked several people in for the same viewing. Wasted an hours trip on 2 buses with 0 apologies. Absolute disgrace.

Had viewings with this company. Lovely lady that showed us round. We took a property with them, however the landlord then pulled out. We received our money back very fast and was offered some alternatives. Even though we didn't take any of them I would definitely use them in the future.
