I had a hydro facial last week before my holiday, and wow, my skin feels awake, radiant and fresh.Thank you Charlotte you’ve made me feel human again.

I have been going to Kaizen since moving to the area in July 2022. Lovely friendly clinic and spotlessly clean and everyone is warm and welcoming. Skin advice is tailored to your individual needs and I love Charlotte looking after my skin.

Excellent clinic. Kind honest and professional staff. I have had Botox with Lucy who is a nurse prescriber which went really well lip filler and Botox with Emma who again is a nurse prescriber. Both are extremely professional and were straight talking regarding my treatments (I had extremely thin top lip). They gave me realistic expectations. They did not do any hard sell on me at any point regarding any treatment at all. In fact Lucy explained a treatment I wanted would probably not give me the results I needed. I now have a beautiful lips and pretty much no wrinkles. I am currently having a course of morphius8 with Charlotte who was extremely professional and put me instantly at ease as did all the staff. And the first treatment went really well can’t wait to see the final results after my 3 sessions the clinic itself is extremely clean and you really feel like you are attending a professional clinic.I give kaizen 5 plus stars for excellent treatments. Professional manner of staff, friendliness and placing you at ease. Prior to what can be uncomfortable treatments and overall cleanliness of their clinic Would highly recommend

I booked an appointment with Dr Richard Ashton to discuss a skin issue which had been worrying me for a while. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. He diagnosed the issue and explained my options, taking time to patiently answer all my questions. I also met several of the clinic staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The clinic itself was spotless. I highly recommend both Dr Ashton and the clinic.

I had my first consultation appointment today with Lucy. I booked an appointment after following their social media and seeing how knowledgeable on all treatments they are. She made me feel so at ease and explained things in a clear way for me to understand. Unlike other clinics I have visited I did not feel like they were after my money but instead the best treatment plan for me. I’ve now started a 16 week treatment and can’t wait to see the results.

I have had a fabulous experience with Kaizen Medical. I arranged to have moles removed and the price was very reasonable. The service was quick, efficient and painless. I was given a second visit as I had forgotten a couple of moles and these were removed at no extra cost. Welcoming staff and beautiful premises. Professional and experienced Doctor. I'd specifically like to mention the Doctor's assistant who was present on my first visit, who was very caring and supportive when I was being injected. Highly recommend.

Dr Ashton and team were fantastic. I went in for a mole removal, they did the consultation and procedure when I was there. Given how quick it was it didn't feel rushed, only efficient. Can't believe I waited so long to do it but so happy with the results!

I’ve been a customer of Lucy’s and LK Aesthetics for a few years now and I’ve had a variety of treatments. The clinic is beautiful and the ladies there make you feel really welcome and at ease. Above all Lucy is incredibly talented, professional and really knows her stuff and I have always been 100% happy with everything she’s done for me. I would recommend them and have no doubt you will love them as much as I do!

I had my first appointment at LK Aesthetics this week, and I'll be going back! The clinic is immaculate, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Danielle was brilliant and took the time to explain the process of my treatment fully, and other tips for better skincare. It was a relaxing experience and at no point did I feel rushed. It's great to be able to visit a professional clinic in a village location, that offers a variety of treatments without having to travel into the city centre. Thank you!
