Top class bike shop lots of bikes in stock great choice and very helpful

This shop looks after my Giant Defy. Excellent repair and replace service, friendly greeting, bike always comes back like new, precision gearing and backup adjustments when new cables need resetting, full breakdown of costs and work carried out, good advice, will always call to agree extra work/parts etc. Lucky to have this Local Bike Shop in the area. I'd be lost without it.

Travelled from Fermanagh on a friends recommendation. They couldnt have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service, friendly and very quick change of tyres. I will be going back to Castle Cycles. Thank you Rosenna and Michael

Not even average service at allWent to get a check over and bleed my breaks and told them to do nothing without contacting me first they carried out a caliper replacement that set me back 65 euro even know I told them to not replace anything until they contact me and the breaks don't even work still they work but not as they should anything above 15kph the breaks are useless (keep in mind my bike is a professional level enduro that cost me £4600) so being above 15 is standard I'm usually at 30 40kph average even hitting 70 at times so tge breaks are useless to me they check them on a stand by spinning the wheels not thinking about the extra 82kg at high speed, so after being done I sent someone to collect it for me due to me being in Italy competing they argued with the person saying I told them it's fine and they called me which is a total lie I only answer emails when I'm abroad and also threatened to sell my bicycle becsuse i waited a week and a half to collect even know they showed me a sigh saying 2 weeks it was barley readable the girl was very angry and anti customer service this isnt my first issue with this group but its my last time bringing my bike there or any of my mates won't be going either would give 0 stars if I could

Great service from castle cycles. My bike needed a fair bit of work but they checked and quoted for what was needed before commencing which was great. No surprises at the end.

Friendly counter service, prompt bike repair carried out, and good supply of parts ready to purchase. Important local service for people like me who don't have the time to be footering with Allen keys and spanners and stuff...

Guy Michael in shop very helpful and knowledgeablle. Plenty of stock and variety of goods. Staff very friendly and welcoming. One of the better cycle shops I've visited and purchased from. Keeping it simple..
