I'm not sure if this is a Waves car wash anymore, as it downs't appear on their site.Had my car 'Cleaned' there yesterday and paid £25 for an inside/out clean which I expected to be what was previsouly the 'Gold Service' whih included a wax - only to drive home and it started raining and was clearly evident that no wax had been anywhere near the car.On closer inspection, there was still some debris inside the doors and the seats hadn't been wiped over very well.Won't be using it again and will be speaking to them next time I visit Telford

Car mats left in boot, polish not removed from inside, sills ain't been cleaned, complete waste of money, don't use them its a rip off

My partner got his old car cleaned there last weekend. The car was spotless, cannot fault the job they did cleaning it however they do not know how to clean around electrics. They broke the electric window switches on both sides of each door. The windows weren't doing up, so we drove it from the car park both windows down and when we got home, we took out the switches and both were completely soaked.

I was spoken to quite nastily when I only asked for a valet. Raising his voice he said it'll take 3 hours but I didn't have time to wait. His response was 'great less work for me'. I used to go often but now I won't use their service again. I didn't appreciate being spoke down to like that.
