Jitterbugs Party World

I can't find a bad word to say about this place. We had our sons 4th birthday party here and people have commented that them and their children had a lovely time. Our party host Lillie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our sons party special. Lillie (our party host) even interacted with the mascot we hired .The other staff were friendly too. The food was beautiful, especially the pizzas and the hot chocolates were amazing!!! We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff at Jitterbugs.

Can't contact the place. Telephone number is void. Website error. Instagram unused. Almost as if custom isn't wanted! Madness, imagine an emergency situation!!!

Couldn’t give no stars, the 1 star minimum is generous.They seriously need to update google to say they’re shut, especially during the day in half term.

Worst place ever I have been visited. Mess everywhere, on the floor, on the tables, on the stool, in the toilets and full of dust. Staff only chatting not doing their job. My daughter stepped on the plastic cork from bottle on the floor and hit her leg. After little time some boy took her neck with hand and pushed back. Some red marks left on the skin. We left this place soon as possible. Only alcoholics could rate this place good, because in the fridge more alcohol than soft drinks for kids. And probably that why kids is so aggressive without manners because nothing could wait from parents who drinking alcohol in the place where children’s playing. Never will be back to this place. Not safe place for your child.

We took our 3 nephews to Jitterbugs Party World for the 2nd time in 6 months - their choice. The boys have been there before and know the routine. Nephew #1 liked the climbing equipment, Nephew #2 was into the football scene, and Nephew #3 - the birthday boy - enjoyed all of it. I loved eating their leftovers and my husband’s favourite bit was dropping them back home!On a serious note we couldn’t fault it. The on-site cafe had burgers, paninis, sandwiches, pizzas, slushes and milkshakes - very reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go again.

Great place for kids and Babies. They have and Zone for only under 3's. Its £1 per adult. Overall quite a good place

Took our 1 year old here today, to find left over food under soft play blocks, activities stuck to walls was mostly broken, over 3 years entering toddler area, no care for any one else child, getting overly crowded. Really warm in there, and no kid friendly music or music in general. And high chair was filthy. Rather go to monster mayhem sorry.

It's ok. Pretty quiet place if you don't like crowded places. Food was OK. As long as my kid had fun I'm happy.

This place has so much potential. It’s a large space with some really good activity areas, especially for toddlers… but my goodness, it is so dirty! Tables not cleaned, food all over the floor and the equipment hasn’t been cleaned in what would appear to be, years! Staff friendly but very slow service and nowhere to be seen unless you shout them from out the back.

Lack of customer care and very poor health and safety. Waited long time for someone to come to the front desk to be let in, then tried to order drinks and also had to wait a long time for someone to turn up.Hot drinks are sold with no lids which is very hazardous for a venue with children running around.Unattended tables have not been cleaned at all while 3 staff members just stood there looking at their phones. There was a spillage right in front of them which did not bother them at all, which resulted in a child slipping on it. Thankfully the child had no injuries but could have been a lot worse.
