We have used Britaniacrest for many years. We have always found them to be efficient and professional and responsive to any questions. We hope to work with them for many years to come.

Their lorry driers make me late to work. They leave the yard too early and than drive 10-15 mph for couple of miles so that they they get to the tip at 7AM. They normally" send out 3 lorries deriving bumper to bumper so can't safely overtae!!! Why not use brains guys and consider others!?? I phoned the office before and they obviously ignored me so her you have the review!"

Extremely aggressive driver of EXU plate. On Radford Road close to the greyhound pub, around 1625 12th of August 2022, almost ran over another car because he couldn't bear to wait for the bus to move, the overtakes the bus even without any visibility of what was coming the opposite way. Really bad driving standards, super dangerous.

The entrance to our house is a bit precarious but your drivers always show excellent driving skills and manage to get the lorries through a gate on a slight bend whilst keeping the lorry on the drive. They are also always friendly, good at their jobs and make sure the skip is placed well. Very happy to support this local business.

We had a full skip with a couple of bags extra on top. The driver was amazing, no nonsense, no fuss, really happy and chirpy, a credit to his company. Definitely recommend.

Had an issue with a neighbour having building g work done, who thinks they can take over the whole courtyard and had the skip dropped in other residents parking spaces, called the company on Sat am and were most helpful,the skip was moved and a awkward situation resolved. Fantastic service - end to end (yet again) - thank you. I've had a few skips over the years and have received a well run consistent service each and every time. From the ordering with the office team to the delivery and pick-up team, they always seem to provide a consistent and quality service with positive customer focused team.

I ordered the skip online and paid for it and when the email confirmation came through there was a mistake so I called straight away and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and altered it to what I wanted. The skip was delivered on the day I requested and in the morning which I also requested when it was full I called to let them know it was ready and the person took the details and said they would collect it as soon as possible. Called Saturday morning and collected Monday morning I’m so impressed with this service as I’ve used other companies before and had to chase them to collect. This is definitely a professional company that provides first class service especially as today (Monday) it has been the hottest day of the year. I will recommend britaniacrest skip hire
