Absolutely horrendous company. We booked a coach to Peterborough and the coach didn't show up. Called the company and they said the coach was cancelled but had forgot " to let us know. They then refused to give a refund and i had to call at least 10 times before a refund was issued. Avoid at all costs and don't book this company."

1 star is being extremely generous. Honestly, the worst travel experience I have ever had. A large group of around 40 of us booked a coach from this company to take us from Glastonbury to Manchester. Not only did they turn up 2 hours late, they showed up in a prehistoric vehicle fit for the scrap yard. We had paid for a coach with a toilet as it’s a long journey, this coach didn’t have one. It also had less seats than we had paid for so we had to stack our luggage in every free space making for an extremely uncomfortable journey. They also told us another coach of theirs broke down so they sold some seats on our coach to another party when we had PAID for all seats. The driver was rude and said we would need to leave our luggage if we wanted to get on the coach. In what world were we going to do that lol? As if that wasn’t bad enough, the air con didn’t work. It was 25 degrees outside, many of us were close to passing out as a result. The door broke so one of our group had to manually hold the door shut while we drove on the motor way which is obviously extremely dangerous. The driver then said he’s been driving too long so we’d have to stop at a services and wait for another driver to take us the rest of the way back. The whole journey took 8 hours which was not ideal given we’d all had minimal sleep from the festival and just wanted to get home. Honestly the most bizarre terrible experience I’ve ever had and the company have ignored our requests for a refund and have done absolutely nothing about it. Avoid at all costs. They are cheap, dodgy cowboys.

AVOID AT ALL COSTOnly giving one star as I can’t give no stars. Absolutely shocking service from them today 24/8/23. Bus booked to pick up at 5-30 from Bonnyrigg Scotland and take people to Manchester for creamfield, still no bus 5 hours later, given every excuse to the point that the mechanic was away making the part for the bus. When I asked about compensation I was told to contact the company that was used to book them. Avoid at all cost they should not be allowed to run as a business. Disgusting attitude to have when they have been paid to provide a service that they clearly can not provide

We made a booking with this company for a stag do. The arrangement was to pick us up in Barry, South Wales, and take us to Manchester, and then back to Barry again two days later. The bus was never sent on the Friday to pick us up, due to bad weather (which all blew over long before the bus was due to arrive in Barry). Obviously hotels and activities were pre-booked and paid for in Manchester so getting there the following day wasn’t an option so a few of us loaded up our cars and drove up. Obviously once we drove up to Manchester, we needed to drive our cars home, so the return bus trip was now useless to us. They have now refused to refund the money that was paid upfront in full, and have instead offered half of the money back, keeping half for themselves, for doing absolutely nothing. See you in court.

This coach was booked to take us from blackburn to london, they were paid even extra for faster service. The coach was supposed to be there for 5:00, they said 5:30 was the latest. So we wait, outside where it is -4 degrees. By 5:30 we trek up a massive hill and wait in a freezing wedding hall, people are calling the drivers asking where they are, drivers don't pick up. The company is called, they say they don't know where their own drivers are? Someone in our group goes to the coach yard, the coaches are still there and the drivers haven't even bothered to show up. No one can reach them and the company has told us that nobody can replace them. They don't even have drivers on standby? It is 7:18 now and we have been told to simply hire new coaches? We have the poor organisers of this event begging the company to help, apologising profusely and giving refunds when they don't even have the money since this horrible company has kept their money. Service was terrible and the fact that this happened multiple times is all you need to know. This company is a scam. They will take your pay and leave you freezing in the cold. This is not only the first time this company has done this to us but other people in different places. I beg you do not use this company. Absolutely disgusted. Its not looking good" should not be an answer I hear every 5 minutes."

Have waited two hours for a coach with no driver. Poor is not even a word to describe the professionalism of this company. Avoid at all costs

My colleague booked this coach company for Sat 1st July to take us to Peterborough, i am totally disgusted on how my colleague was dealt with after no driver showed up on the day, after calling the company their cheap, pathetic excuse was: We forgot to let you know. Totally embarassing, then having the cheek not to give a refund at the start and this was just issued after a few more calls. If the company was totally reputable it will offer some sort of compensation for the stress and anxiety it has caused to both parents & children that were travelling that day. My friend is presently taking this matter quite serious and will action further. Anyone wishing to book this company in the future please avoid at all costs & save your money. We are all sick to the pit of our stomachs tbh..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BOOKING AND DON'T SHOW UP.Coach booked for 55 people including children for 5 am from Blackburn to London, driver didn't show. 3 contact numbers that nobody was answering.Finally got through to someone who strung us along for hours, excuse given was drivers weren't answering their phones.Luckily organiser's of the trip had access to a mosque where we could keep warm. Waited till 8 am, strung along but still no show. Now going home.
