Always receive good customer service. On this particular occasion we dealt with Trevor who helped us pinpoint the issue with our phone systems. Although it was nothing to do with 9 Group, but rather a faulty part in our offices, Trevor called several times to check in on us, diverted our calls, and finally helped my colleague install the part correctly. Very happy with the high level of service received.

I accidentally deleted one of our phone licences in error after attempting to update a phone account for a user and as a result it prevented that phone from working. Ryan very quickly assured me that he would do his best to resolve the issue and in no time at all managed to get the phone fully backup and working. Very impressed with the service all round

Tom and Trevor came to install our system yesterday. The job was a difficult and complicated one, they never stopped all day they worked hard and had a very cheerful attitude They we’re a joy to have in the establishment. They were very tidy and cleared up after themselves and could not have been more helpful. They are a great asset to the nine group. I thank them both for making my life less stressful and completing the job perfectly. Because of their helpfulness I could keep the shop open all day and continue to trade. In all honesty, we've had a quite a few problems here and there with the service of 9 Group. But I tend to judge business' on how they react to solving these said problems. To further that honesty, I wouldn't have the same opinion if not purely for Ryan P from Technical Support. After the way he handled/solved our first issue in record time, I never really wanted anyone else handling our account and I continue to stick by that. No company especially will be problem free, but it's people like Ryan that separate the headaches" from the rest of the gang.. so credit where credit is due."

I had a telecom business until they convinced me to move to their billing system, which was a massive mistake. We had so many errors on double charging customers, instead of saving time as promised, it ened up costing a lot more time.They also was not very supporive during the covid time, which i belive is a good judge of a companys character/values.

Our business has used 9 Group for many years now and on the rare occasions I need to contact them they are always helpful and efficient. Today I contacted billing regarding something I required urgently. Katy went out of her way to provide me with the information I needed and the whole matter was resolved withing 5 minutes. Well done 9.

The customer Service we have received has been to a high standard at all times and the team goes well above what is expected of them. Working closely with Jon Hayden and the rest of the team our issues are resolved quickly, and when they aren't we are kept up to date at all times.
