Extremely fast delivery service! Needed a specific cable for my sennheiser headphones for a replacement which I couldn't find ANYWHERE. But managed to give audio sanctuary a try as they seemed to have them! Never ordered from audio sanctuary or visited any physical locations of their's, but the dispatch time and delivery was extremely fast! Did not dissapoint. Great quality item! Will order from them again, 10/10. :)

Great experience , I travelled a long way to visit the shop uninvited I didn't know what to expect . Should have really called first before I made the journey . I was pleasantly surprised they had a decent range of iems and they were kind enough to let me sit there for almost an hour and try them all for as long as I needed uninterrupted with no fuss . I didnt buy anything but they agreed to get a set of empire ears Odin and trifectas in for me to try so I'll be back there for sure despite the 3-4 hour round trip . Nobody else I spoke to in London would let me try any iems so glad I took a punt on this place .

I rarely leave reviews, not sure why just don't, but Audio Sanctuary really are brilliant. Discovered them last week, exactly what I needed. Boom, arrived lighting quick and perfect, so guess what, Tuesday tried them again, absolutely what I needed in stock again and it was here when I got home. I'm now in this ridiculous situation of trying to think of other stuff I need so I can use them again. Just brilliant. You have a life customer right here
