Have ordered and had fitted two carpets for our new house so far and had excellent service both times. Dean was great at finding the right carpet for our bedroom at the best value, finding us alternatives to view and calculating the price differences. Great service from ordering to fitting.

Very poor asked for a quote the salesman said quite abruptly we wouldn't fit that on stairs ,not we wouldn't recommend it.He pointed a stair symbol on some carpets that would be suitable and surprise surprise mostly double the price.We have not had this said in any other carpet store.
