First time having acupuncture and Gaynor made me feel at ease and helped with my problemI will be going back for other problems.

I found the acupuncture really relaxing, so much so that I fell asleep. My backs been playing up the last few days so Gaynor also did some cupping to loosen the muscles which I feel has helped today

She is very professional lady, she talks you through everything that she is doing, I have felt a lot better since going to her. I've suffered with hay fever for my whole life, and no medication helps at all. The only thing that used to work was the steroid injection, however, most doctors surgeries refuse to give this now - leaving the only option an expensive trip (at least twice a year!) to a private clinic.This caused me to look at Acupuncture and WOW what a difference!!Gaynor understood my problems straight away and worked with me to bring my natural systems better inline and improve my immune system. The change was incredible!! I was able to enjoy being outside again - quite useful with my job as a wedding photographer!!I've been using Gaynor now for years and would highly recommend her services - I've just booked back in to start treatments for this year ahead of the Hayfever season really kicking in!

I would highly recommend Gaynor. After one session I could see a positive difference in my partners sleep pattern. She takes the time to talk you through what she is doing and why. She is very professional and makes you feel relaxed. Look forward to going again next week.

Gaynor has treated my family now since last year and I decided to try it for myself to help with the arthritis in my hands, get a boost of energy and for weight loss.My goodness!!
