Broadmarsh Bus Station
A cool station. Easy to navigate and neat. The staff at national Express were willing to explain and help. They look smart in their uniforms. I would have liked if snacks were available on sale at the station because at some point, However, that does not negate the top notch service and environment.Broadmarsh station is a pivotal destination to the rest of England from Notthingham.

Had an hour long wait as our bus was running late. The seats are metal and it was freezing in there! Was really glad to defrost in the coach when it eventually came. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Decent Bus station and car park in Nottingham.Okay value if you park before 09:00 on weekdays, otherwise can be a bit pricey to park.Bus station aesthetically looks nice inside, though bit drab and limited food or shopping outlets.

Staff here are always happy to help. Toilets are clean. The station is clean. Kept in extremely good conditions. National Express Coach users always go to platform 10 & 11.

I was here early hours in the morning but felt safe really clean & lots of monitors to direct you to what bus stand you should be at. I seen signs for public toilets I assume these are open overnight but I didn't notice any thing open to buy food or drink.Its a short walk from Nottingham train station it was manageable even with Luggage.

Broadmarsh Bus Station
Only used it to pick up and drop someone off but the drop off zone allowing a 20 minute grace period was perfect and couldn't be easier. Just take a ticket on your way in, use the drop off zone and the barriers recognise your number plate on the way out so you don't even need to use your ticket to exit. Will definitely use again.

Broadmarsh Bus Station
I actually went to check out the new library which is opposite the bus station. I regularly use buses to get into the city centre and Nottingham has a really good public transport system. I've never been into the bus station but I'm sure it's alright..do visit if you like buses and bus stations.

Broadmarsh Bus Station
A complete change for the better from the old Broadmarsh bus station. Toilets which are clean and open all night, security staff around means there's no druggies, beggers, or undesirables.

Broadmarsh Bus Station
Very new and shiny. Very impressed with how clean and tidy this bus station is. I travelled with National express, and to be fair, on the day I couldn't fault it. Plenty of security, superb clean toilets. Close enough to the city centre, ideally located for onward travel. Could do with a little kiosk selling refreshments, put on the down side that would only add to the littering.
