I cannot thank all the staff at the Witham branch enough for the exceptional service they provided to me & my family with the preparations for mum’s funeral. From the moment we needed them they were there ready to help and have been so kind every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. They have really made such a difference even with the grieving process. They even took out time just to talk with me about how I was feeling and allowed me to gain more insight into the work they do which was so interesting for me. Thank you so much for everything you have done. The service for mum was perfect. All your roles are vitally important bring comfort to families at such difficult time and we fully appreciate all your care and kindness. I will stay in touch as I will miss our wonderful chats
