I just joined as a new patient and the process was very easy and efficient. I had a check-up and clean with Ajay and Zoe and they made the process comfortable. They were very friendly and informative while putting my mind at ease. I can highly recommend the experience I had at 15 The Pantiles and I will certainly be returning in the future.

I've had 3 lower jaw molars replaced by implants.I cannot praise strongly enough the clarity of the guidance given. The consultation and options process was professional and without any 'sales' pressure. During treatment the explanations were very helpful and reassuring. The whole experience was pleasurable - not a word typically associated with a visit to the dentist. I am absolutely delighted with my new teeth and again being able to eat properly. Highly recommended!

I joined The Pantiles Dental Practice and today was my first appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a helpful, professional and quite frankly lovely receptionist. My appointment was on time and the dentist was wonderful. He was informative and talked through every step with me which made me relax. A great Practice and I am so pleased I have found the perfect place to be treated.

I love going to the dentist now, ever since the new team took over. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Zoe the receptionist is always lovely and kind and makes you feel so welcome. Ajay, my dentist, really cares about my teeth and spends time listening to me and offering advice (and a bit of a nudge when it comes to reminding me to floss!!! ) And the dental nurse / hygienist Karen, couldn’t be more gentle and patient and has helped me improve my brushing (NOT scrubbing!!!) technique.The experience I used to dread is no longer!!! I can’t recommend the practice highly enough. Thank you guys.

First appointment with Ajay today. I was very apprehensive but everyone was very professional,calm and reassuring. Facilities are clean, covid secure and welcoming. Ajay was able to examine, take xrays,diagnose and sort me out within the hour. Very pleased. Will be my go to dental practice from now on.

Best dentist in Essex. I have a massive phobia about going to the dentist and have had to go to sedation clinics in tve past because my terror is so deep. Sics going to these guys I won't go anywhere else and I've had a tooth extraction and an implant without sedation because the guys just make you feel so relaxed and safe. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years due to a phobia of dentists. The staff were very friendly & reassuring. I had a tooth extraction done by Ajay who was very good. Zoe, the receptionist, is quite possibly the nicest human being I’ve ever met in my life. She instantly reassured me. All in all, an excellent dental practice.

Visited yesterday and was an absolute bag of nerves after a few years of neglecting my teeth. Put short I was petrified but the whole team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish and even though I needed to have a tooth removed they made the process as good as or better than I could have hoped. I actually can't wait to visit them again, they were all amazing (under better circumstances hopefully). If you're like me and petrified at the thought of the dentists then visit this practice and lose that worry forever.

I have been with the Pantiles Dental Practice for more year's than I'd care to remember. Having been very happy with Mr. Gaubert I was naturally a bit concerned over who would take over when he retired, but I have to say, Nishani is absolutely wonderful. She is so very gentle, even when tackling an extraction and you can't but feel totally safe in her hand's. She's amazing. I have alway's found all the staff professional and helpful and, almost see it as a treat, when I go there. Heliyan is alway's so chatty and welcoming and I really couldn't ask for anything else, out of a visit. Totally satisfied.
