Qantas International Lounge London Heathrow

Lovely breakfast and super attentive staff. Cocktails also excellent. Make sure to get here 10-11:30am for the a la carte menu. Salt and pepper squid is awesome!

Always a great experience.Like a 5 star restaurant. Has a gin bar and showers if you want to refresh.

The lounge was nice but a tad bit busy. Wasn't the greatest for a cozy atmosphere as almost all the seats and nice spots were taken in advanced.If you're looking for some privacy, you might find it hard to get. Especially if you're trying to do work or catch a quick shut eye.Overall, Showers were good and clean. Food was okay. Alcohol selection was great! Staff was friendly too.

Lovely clean comfortable lounge with tasty choices of buffet and a la carte menus.Staff extremely courteous and kept food and drinks choices fully stocked.We had an 8 hour layover with our flights and access to this lounge made out time so much more relaxed.5 star facilities in Showers and washrooms.

The staff when above & beyond to make me comfortable.Had to check out hotel early morning & flight not till late evening. Had to wait a few hours before I could book in & luggage book. Qantas staff were extra good & helpful.Went to Lounge. Was quiet there & staff suggested I go into the Quite area , that's used for 1st Class. As no one there they gave a a blanket & towel as a pillow to have a great quiet rest. I was just so grateful as I had 8 hours wait. Congratulations to the staff.

This is a spectacular lounge, that’s no doubt. Firstly however, the elephant in the room. If you are OneWorld Emerald member, i.e. top tier and therefore have access to the Cathay Pacific first lounge, Cathay is better. It is my personal favourite and the dedicated first class facilities and a-la-carte dining, I believe are a better option in this lounge.That being said this lounge is spectacular. If this lounge was in any other terminal at Heathrow, apart from T3, in other words not in the same terminal as the Cathay Lounge, it would be hands down the best choice. This lounge is fantastic, almost without fault, easily the second best lounge in all of Heathrow. The staff are friendly on the front desk, the Lounge Décor itself is nice and tastefully modern, however the runway views and windows could be slightly nicer and are no march for Cathay. The lounge has a beautiful marble drinks bar great for getting cocktails especially gin. The buffet food selection on offer is fantastic with a substantial amount of good quality food and a good range especially at breakfast time. The seats are comfortable and the lounge is fairly big with a really nice ambience and vibe. All in all, this is a spectacular Lounge it’s almost without fault, but the fact that it’s perched right next door to probably the greatest lounge in all of Europe, means it’s slightly outshined. If you are a business class passenger or OneWorld Sapphire then it may be up to personal choice as to which you prefer, this Qantas lounge or the Cathay business class lounge. However if you are a OneWorld Emerald member or travelling first class, then the Cathay lounge is slightly better…

The food and drinks were of excellent standards, and the staff were very accommodating. We had a 14 hour layover, so we bought a day pass as we were exhausted after our flight. We were offered blankets to make our sleep more comfortable. We were so impressed we did the same on our 15 hour layover on our way home!

Comfortable, clean lounge with small restaurant downstairs and bar with barista upstairs. Small buffet also provided upstairs. Toilet cubicles and shower/toilet cubicles are also available. A play room for children also.

So much more pleasant than the BA lounge next door and always my preferred business lounge. I have never been there when it has been busy and the staff are always polite and attentive. It’s clean, bright and the food selection is simple but varied
