Sprys of Launceston

I bought a car from Paul at Sprys just over a year ago and have been meaning to leave a review ever since. Everything from buying the car to resolving any warranty issues has been straightforward, yes there were a couple of issues but cars do go wrong and it is the aftercare that matters. My experience has only been positive, so a big thank you to the team. Looking forward to revisiting when it is time for a new car.

The jury is out , good promises from sales, aggressive rude from boss when returning to discuss problems pointed out pre sale. Other points now will return when time allows.!

A good experience when buying from Sprys. The car was as described and the welcome friendly. However, the test of a firm is what happens if there are issues and in this regard Sprys can be counted on - at least in my situation. A couple of very minor niggles - no reflection Sprys I should say - were dealt with quickly. Considering that I live 250 miles from the company I was told to find a local garage to rectify and send the invoice for settlement. This was done and I was reimbursed within a week. So - would I buy again from Sprys? Yes I would.

Amazing service from Luke- so friendly and professional.We turned up on a Monday morning with a car issue and Luke took a look immediately and fixed it for us.As we were on a break away in Cornwall and had to travel back to London this really saved our day! Thank you.

I have to say this is one of the most honest and amazing company to deal with. I went to see a Range Rover and I asked for some little things to be done. They didn’t hesitate to make sure I was absolutely fully happy. I had to for financial reasons pull out of the purchase and I must say Olly was amazing. I recommend using this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. Thank you for your understanding and amazing service.

I've never heard of sprys before but having seen a car I really liked and had been looking for a model for a while. I took the plunge and drove over to Cornwall. I met Stuart, and after a little drive, the deal was done. The car took longer to prepare than first thought due to needing more work than first assumed. However, stuart assured me everything was OK they just wanted to make sure it was right. I have now had the car for nearly 6 months and have had to take it back a couple of times for some small niggles but everytime sprys have sorted it no questions asked. I'm one proud luxury car owner and would recommend sprys to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Sprys of Lanceston. Great communication from the beginning and fantastic car. I delt specifically with Stuart and Oliver who were both very professional and extremely polite. Can't recommend them enough.

Review update - 21/9/23We had a minor issue with a buckled wheel that wasn't evident when we bought the car. Sprys suggested a local repair and arranged for immediate payment. You can' ask for better than that. Many thanks Sprys!In this challenging market, where good cars seem scarce, instead of choosing a type of car I started looking for a reputable dealer and then chose from their stock.The team at Sprys have made this purchase simple, pleasurable. The car, almost as a side issue, is amazing! Beautifully prepared and delivered 250 miles away at no charge.I made this purchase completely remotely without viewing the car. This is not something I would have normally entertained. Their insurance backed nationwide warranty looks great too. Many thanks to you all for making this the best car purchase I've experienced. 100% recommend.

So far so good but will keep updated. Bought an expensive car from here, read all the reviews I could find and nothing bad. So far I've had no issues with the customer service of the service department or the sales side of it.Was not pressured in any way. All the (minor) issues that were noted on the initial independent inspection of the vehicle I was going to purchase, were all sorted prior to me picking the car up, without any questions or hassle at all.Service department makes you feel at ease and are very friendly and polite.So far it appears for once i was actually sold what i saw!Highly recommend so far.
