I have really benefited from Beth’s exercise classes as well some small group and 1:1 sessions following the birth of my second and third babies.She is very knowledgeable and has really helped me strengthen both my pelvic floor and more globally. Beth has come up with specific and targeted exercises to help me return to running with confidence.

I have had the pleasure of working with Beth for the last few months on a personal training basis and I cannot recommend Beth highly enough! She is really fantastic. I had not been exercising for a while and I was not the weight or shape I wanted! In a few words, my clothes no longer fitted nicely. Beth got to know me, my routine and started me on an achievable, but stretching, PT plan. Over the months, I’ve seen my fitness improve massively and I’ve lost inches all over. My clothes now look and feel better, but more than that, I now enjoy exercise again, which is a real gift. Beth is friendly, knowledgable and a really encouraging fitness professional. I have loved working with her.

I have really loved Beth's post natal fitness classes, I'm just sad I'm going back to work and won't be able to continue them! Beth is very friendly and approachable but also very motivating. I find my whole day goes better after a fitness session. The way the class is set out it's easy to chat to other mums and it's lovely that Gill can provide babysitting so you can actually concentrate on getting fit.

Beth’s classes are fantastic - after the birth of my second baby I really needed to get back into shape and her classes were exactly what I needed. She took the time to make sure I was exercising safely and within my limits, but also pushing me when I needed it. She is warm and approachable but also really motivating, a great combination. I’d really recommend her classes and personal training.

I can highly recommend Beth for post-natal training. I have done some of her classes, both indoor and outdoor as well as the 1-2-1 holistic core resort programme. She is very knowledgeable in what women can and can’t do postnatally and she was very happy to tailor an exercise programme to my needs. I felt much more confident in my abilities at the end of the programme and was then able to return to my pre-baby exercise class - which was my ultimate goal. Beth sent me personalised videos of the exercises I had to do for my ‘homework’ which was a great resource. If you put in the work you get the results. Thanks Beth for all your help.

I highly recommend Beth’s post natal class to new mums who want to get fitter and aren’t sure of what exercises are appropriate after giving birth. Beth’s knowledge is great, she will have a look at your abs before you start the programme so you can be sure that whatever you do is appropriate and safe. Having Gill babysitting during the class is amazing so you don’t have to check on your baby constantly. I love going to Beth’s class, it makes me feel better about myself and the social aspect is great too!

Beth is extremely friendly, and very approachable. I felt very comfortable explaining my post baby issues and she was very professional and knowledgeable about it. She helped me get back into exercise and is continuing to do so. Her help has been second to none and the classes are just brilliant. Being able to take your baby to a class where you can get on with exercise is just amazing, especially if you are breastfeeding and struggle to leave your baby for any amount of time. Seriously give the classes a go, you won't regret it! It really gets your confidence back.

Beth is really knowledgeable about post natal fitness and teaches you the right exercises to do once you are ready to start exercising after having a baby. I really enjoy Beth’s mum and baby sessions and having a babysitter there is also a massive help. I love going to her classes. I feel fitter and stronger than ever and I’m now training for a half marathon!!!
