I would also give zero stars but not possible. We are in warranty but they ignore, push back, argue, frustrate until you are at breaking point. We have a leak in a pipe that they are refusing to repair despite their technician making a hole in the plaster and confirming the leak. They say it is because we didn't get a service on the boiler (due previous month) but didn't get a service completed as have been chasing with them SINCE SEPTEMBER to pass on the gas boiler installation certificate which most of the estate did not receive on handover (Facebook group for Ackender Hill verifies this). Still no certificate and pipe leaking. Absolutely awful company. I was in tears on the phone but they did not care.

Good selection of goods in a comparatively large store. Location in the station is very good.

worst builders ever, people are going to mars and moon, but these builders dont even know to build a flat, I bought a flat from them, its always leaking and they couldnt fix this. Upon complain, they simply said they cannot do anything about this, please dont trust these sort of builders, pelase stay away from them. I would give minus numbers, but google doesnt give an option
