Heart of England Co-op Funerals

Although working from my cousin's prepaid plan, the service and professionalism was perfect. Despite the lock-down, we managed a personal and heartfelt service thanks largely to the attention to detail and sympathetic organisation of the Co-op.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the Co operative in Rugby. They were absolutely amazing from start to end. Made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and that we could contact them at any time of the day. At such a horrendous time they made us feel so well cared for. In particular I would like to thank Stella who arranged everything for us and Marcus for his care and support on the day of my Mums funeral. Thank you so much.

It was a beautiful service that Paul provided us for my Dad's funeral, nothing was too much trouble & it made this difficult time much easier. A wonderful team too. Brilliant customer care & Paul is an asset to the Co-op. The Co-op are highly recommended by ourselves. A big thank you from the West family.

The Heart of England team made what was a heartbreaking day, saying goodbye to my beloved Mum, as joyful and seamless as it could possibly be. From meeting Stella, to creating Mum’s eulogy with Kaylie, to being supported on the day by Paul, nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you so much Stella for your help and compassion when we sorted out my Dads funeral. Everything was perfect and so professional. Heartfelt thank you to Marcus for your faultless running for the funeral and cremation. I can't thank you both enough. I want to thank Kim and the staff drivers ect for the complete professionalism and dignity in the burial of my father today . Through the whole painful process of organising and decision making after my dad's death Kim was at hand guiding us through nothing was too much trouble .The funeral home and chapel of rest were impeccably clean comforting and tastefully furnished and decorated.Today being the most difficult saying goodbye Kim and the male members of staff were so smartly dressed and the cars were lovely Punctual attendance and every aspect of the day was explained and at no point did we feel worried because this company and staff were utterly wonderful .At such an emotional time we couldn't of wished for a better service . Thank you Kim from the bottom of our hearts for being literally a shoulder to cry on and kindness from someone who genuinely cares about the people at their lowest times in life. Very poor communication throughout, became stressful which wasn’t what was needed.

Recently we had a bereavement in our family with my darling sister and brother in law. Linda and rod. This service was so dignified and they were so supportive.I was away on holiday and the only time I could see my sis was Saturday but unfortunately the home was closed when I was travelling back home. They kindly opened up the home so I could pay my last respects to my sister. I could take all the time I needed to be with her and to say my goodbyes. I will never forget their kindness.
