When we put car in they said it wasn’t a major issue and it would be done the next day , we have been waiting nearly 1 month for our car to be repaired everytime we come to check on the car it is a different excuse from them and saying they’re either doing it today or soon and we will get a call when it’s ready every time they say it we get no call for a week if you can not repair cars do not take them in it has affected us so much needing to go to work and back everyday and it’s still waiting in the garage , never again will we bring a car back to you guys .Update , been waiting 6 months now no call no nothing this is ridiculous they just don’t care do they , they’ve just given up and not said anything , terrible awful place don’t know what they’re doing I do not recommend this place to anyone

Really friendly staff, Jonathan dealt with me, super super impressed with the body work and repair. Blew my expectations completely, the price was jaw dropping, bmw was charging £3600, exactly the same work In alot less time totalling £1400 saving of £2200. Already booking in for other work and the end of the month. So glad iv found out about east end garage.

Good service and very good communication. The team have been very helpful over the years with a couple of generations worth of our family cars. Fair and clear pricing for work and good estimates on duration for work to be completed.

We've tried the rest and now use the best..... garage local to our business and home. Fair pricing, lovely people to deal with and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend.

Excellent service great staff

Had them to do work on my wife's car. They had it over three weeks only to be given back to us with the same problem but with the additional new rattle sound after they apparently replaced the part they said was at fault. It wasn't a cheap part but they were having an expert to come and look at it but enough was enough we needed the car back. Turns out they had dropped a tool in the vehicle in a place which was very hard to access. We also had them to finish off work at the same time to another vehicle which 6 weeks later found out they didn't do any of the work but instead charged us for the work they done to my wife's car that didn't fix the problem.To top it off wheel nuts were only hand tightened. Very dangerous mechanics.Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Total joke of a garage! Couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Useless receptionist as well. I done a review,and it mysteriously vanished!

The best auto repair mechanic centre around Clydach.Need a prior appointment .Easy to find . Ample parking space . Reception staff are friendly and fantastic.Attached is a an area for school uniform tailoring and sales also. Timely response alerts through phone.They repair all sorts of car models. Very efficient and quick in their services with a reasonable price. Transparent bill with Vat details. Accept cash and and card also. Had given Citroen for repair , am very happy with the service rendered. Surely strongly recommend to friends as well.

I was recommended to take my car here for a MOT, and they did not disjoint. Good service, experienced mechanics.
