Heritage of Scotland

I recently visited Scotland and fell in love with the lambswool tartan capes. With Christmas coming up, I really wanted to gift some of these beautiful items, but I had no space in my luggage. While I was still in Scotland, I placed an order for the same type of cape I bought there. Lo and behold, all gifts arrived home before I did, AND they were less expensive than what I paid in Scotland, And they are identical to the one I bought there. Will order again. The picture is from the identical one, label and all that I bought in Edinburgh.

The price in store is generally £10-15 more expensive than the online price. Ordered it online, the payment page stated will be delivered in 3-5 days". After 5 days still not receiving it

I ordered the following:Men's Highland Harris Tweed Flat Cap Forest Green × 1FOREST GREEN / L£34.99The quality of this item is appalling and I have no idea how it passed through quality control.Aside from the thin, poor quality material, the cap has been stitched poorly, is lopsided and sits at an angle on the head.Given as a gift and defects noted on receipt.Emailed Customer Services and offered 20% discount or return.Discount has been rejected due to the fact the item is unusable.I have requested a return and will update my review to reflect the return/refund process.

Absolute crooks of the highest order. My wife needed some water for herself & our daughter. Without me being there my wife bought x2 bottles of 'smartwater'. The price isn't displayed on the drinks chiller.At the till the cashier asked for £5.98!!£2.99 for one bottle of water is extortion. I went back into the shop with the receipt of purchase and asked for a refund. I was told by three separate members of staff that heritage of Scotland" don't issue refunds.As a frequent visitor to Edinburgh due to having family here

Visited this afternoon. Service was amazing and a huge shout out to Leanne who was funny, helpful and went way above call of duty by running down the High Street to get us a second kilt in the right size. What an asset

I don't understand the poor reviews on here. I've used this company 3x since 2020 and every time the quality and value for money has been outstanding. The free delivery over £20 is fab, I imagine sometimes it can seem a bit slow but it's free so can't complain! My most recent purchase was on Monday. I emailed them to let them know it was a gift for someone who's birthday was on Thursday so if they could send it out asap that would be appreciated. I also asked them to include a gift note. I got an almost instant email response confirming they'd do their best on shipping speed and that they'd include the note. They dispatched the day after and it's due to arrive on Thursday, her birthday. As for quality I can only speak for the blankets but they are stunning. Super warm, just as pictured and a lovely size. We've only bought the 100% recycled ones but in 3 different styles and love them all. It's wool so it's going to be a bit scratchy but seem very authentic. Pictured is the Mackenzie blanket - heavily used by us for 2 years, looks good as new. Very happy - it's a great go to company for gifting. Brilliant customer service too!

Online Order NOV 2023 - Wonderful ExperienceQUALITY: I bought two Lyle & Scott 100% Cashmere Galaxy Check and Thompson Camel. Both wonderful, I am medium height 168 cm length comes to my upper thighs. They are super soft, thin but sturdy and the colours are as pictured.DELIVERY: I live in Australia, received the scarves in less than 9 days from order # 146132 to delivery!Would I buy again? Of course!

Ordered a set of 3 Spiderman plush toys for my daughter for Christmas on 26th November. Image shows 3 and as there was no description to tell us it was a random one of the 3 sent or just Spidey, nor was there a drop down to select a specific character, we expected Spidey and his friends, as per the title. Description says 3 to 5 working days for delivery, after a week it hadn't be dispatched. I emailed and messaged on Facebook asking for an update, nothing. Then by coincidence it just happened to be dispatched that day. Arrived today with just Spidey. Absolute joke of a way to run a store.

Awful service, ordered 29th November, still not received, keep getting told , we have upgraded your shipping, really as still not despatched. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. This is for an Xmas gift.When you email no one seems to address your queries either. Shocking!!
