Exceptional service from Darren.Visited seeking help for parts to plumb in Dishwasher and Wash m/c. Darren confirmed it was a challenge and probably needed a plumber. As I was new to the area - he offered to get a plumber to call and help. Rang first thing Monday and sorted on Tuesday morning. Really helpful and I know where to go in the future. Exceptional customer service and care from Plumstop, particularly from staff member Matthew Edmunds at the Longwell Green Branch who went out of his way to find and source bathroom cabinets to fit a certain size for our bathroom. Prompt service and also home delivery. Very helpful, going that extra mile, can't rate them enough. Five Star Service.

Excellent service at Plumbstop Longwell green Bristol. I have an old concealed WC with a faulty inlet valve. Dave spent a lot of time with me trying to get any one of the modern valves to fit in my old cistern.
