Smokers Exit

Poor products and certain staff up selling at any given moment I've been having problems with my E cig for several months , approached staff several times to discuss this and was encouged to invest in a so called better product however still experiencing the same issue. adressed this again in my final Attempts and ended up purchasing another item . I have now resided to the fact their products are rubbish and I will now be moving my custom elsewhere . Good customer service aside from the chap who thinks he is a top technician in ECigaettes.. And turned his back on me when I was addressing my issues .. Making it clear that I had to replace the product not recognising any fault with the product. Poor customer service on his part and loss of a regular customer.

Knowledge of your staff is really great. They're always happy to help or give advice. What I like the most : they don't push you to buy. I like the liquids, though I'm missing some flavours and your Red Bull is horrible.I'm giving 4 stars because of rewarding system on your app. I don't understand why it's impossible to get scan more times a day. It's annoying when I forgot something to buy and when I get back, I've been told it's not possible to scan second time a day. Also, you don't consider amount what costumer spent. If I'm going to buy e-cig or just 1 liquid, reward is the same. Improve this and I'll change my rating to 5*

These guys have always and continue to offer a great service. Friendly staff, great products at reasonable prices. Special mention to Taylor! Very helpful! That's not taking anything away from the lads Ha.

I'd say that this is the best place to go for top quality vaping accessories and liquids.Smoker's Exit have smart, helpful and knowledgeable staff and a great designer interior and lounge.They also have a generous loyalty program and will have products mailed directly to you.

Shops a waste of time, went there to buy a vape mod kit only to be told that every one of my 3 choices were only available to purchase from their Web site. What's the point of a shop if they don't sell anything, a complete waste of time bought one from Sociallites and had no problems.

There have been many Vaping Shops Open in Leicester only to Close a Few Months Later! Personally I think it's because Smoker's Exit was not only the First Vaping Shop to open but also the Fact that the Staff are very Friendly and Welcoming also the owners are the same as well and take the time to speak to you, as well as finding out more about their Customers, so when you go into Smoker's Exit, your welcomed by the Owners who know you're name and take the time to treat each Person as an individual and not treating Everyone the Same!! Great Service as well as Products which are Priced very well, I think this is the reason that Smokers Exit has Managed to Stay open and not Close Down like the others, the reason that all the other Shops Close Down is because the Owners are Greedy and overprice all their Stock where Smokers Exit doesn't!!
